Terrible experience
Have purchased Flexsteel furniture in the past and it was great. Now we have a 2 year old expensive living room sofa and the cushion has flattened. They won't even talk to us about fixing it, even though it is clearly defective. Evidently not the company they used to be. STAY AWAY.
