Terrible experience
Poor after-sales support. Purchased a $1000 leather recliner with ottoman. The chair is defective. Have been trying for months to get it repaired under warranty. Company does not communicate with its repair center to provide status of replacement part. Emails to company get a canned response as an answer.
Have purchased Flexsteel furniture in the past and it was great. Now we have a 2 year old expensive living room sofa and the cushion has flattened. They won't even talk to us about fixing it, even though it is clearly defective. Evidently not the company they used to be. STAY AWAY.
