Christina Gilbert at Lil Relief knows what she is doing. I have been to massage therapists in the past and not noticed the improvements I wanted with the pain in my lower back, but with Christina the the relief was noticeable. She was paricularly helpful after a week's golf at the Country Club and fitted me in at the end of a busy day. You know you are in really safe and experienced hands at Lil Relief.
