This isn't necessarily towards the location themselves, but the company in general... I rented a vehicle back in December and I got into an accident back in January that was weather related. Because of said accident, I was ineligible to rent another vehicle... and my Lyft account was in good standing up until then. And since their decision was final, so is me ever getting involved with Flexdrive again.
Do not rent from this place. If u do u have nothing but problems. They gave a car that the horn didn't work and brakes were grinding cause the rotors were covered in rust. I got the car Monday at 11am tried to return it but they were closed Feb 16 2026. Brought it back Tuesday at 10am and was charged an extra 2 days instead of 1. Please we need to make a stand about these type of places. They will end up getting someone hurt!
