1. One of most inconvenient service provided (on site only. No email, phone number and remote to contact available) 2. Very limited vehicles provided to Flex drive 3. Compensation for driver losses and the credit program are very limited. 4.Substandard operations and the abuse of a monopoly position in the Atlanta area.
I had car issues and Lauren at Flex Drive went above and beyond helping me. I have always had helpful and professional every visit. They are also efficient with processing.
Waste of time.. don't do it
The process of getting the car was easy but please be advised: you WILL have to drive off the prorated amount before you earn any money, so make sure you have money to eat and get gas before you sign. I also would be mindful of renting in Atlanta. I just got a car Wednesday, a nice Altima. I was rear ended within that week on Friday and it wasn't my fault since we were stopped in traffic.
