Flexdrive is the worst place to rent a car from I love driving with Lyft however they have made my experience very difficult. They don’t have no call center or phone on site. They always closing at random times. I took off my main job twice to go up there and they were close with a sign on the door. They don’t send something to the app to notify you about their closing. Do not rent a car from this company. They are dishonest and will charge you far more than what is stated in your signed contract. They charged me $640 for towing their own broken-down vehicle — a car that broke down through no fault of mine. On top of that, they charged me for two extra days, even though I returned the car on a weekend and they were closed. If you are looking for a way to work using the rental option that Lyft offers, then I honestly tell you not to waisted your time and money on this. I made a huge mistake after been unemployed not long ago; so I decided to rent from the option thinking that I will be able to produce income and it was the most traumatic experience.
