PLEASE BE AWARE- I have been a Lyft driver over 7 years off and on- I made the mistake of renting a car from Flex, my biggest REGRET- I rented a car on 09/26/2025, unfortunately Houston TX has nothing but scammers, I parked the rental car at my apartment complex and next day the complex had the rental towed, I followed the rules the rental was not parked inside the gate, anyway the car was told. Mucho cuidado aquí te darán un carro rayado y con tus propias fotos y videos de que estaba así aún van a decir que lo hiciste tú. Be very careful here they will give you a scratched car and with your own photos and videos that it was like this they will still say that you did it.
Horrible experience issues with their car since day one, car turning off on me, etc....
If I could leave a negative rating I would. This is the worst place to rent a car from. On day one I had to put air in the tire. I was told there were several plugs so a tire replacement is severely needed. Within the first few days the battery died and had to wait 2 hours for assistance. Now it's only been a week and I can't add more air to the tire, it won't air up. The car was nasty when I got it so they dont even clean the cars before they are rented out.
