I want to share my terrible experience, everything looks very nice in the app and in the group chat they provide. Be careful with the excessive toll charges, they don’t let you use your own EZtag account. They don’t let you manage the types of trips. You don’t have personal miles, and they charge you $18 for each personal mile. The trips pay much less than what you would earn using your own car most trips pay between $2.50 and $6, and these are trips of more than 30 minutes from pick-up to drop-off. When I picked up the car Rod, the guy, couldn’t have been nicer. When I returned the car, Alec an Juan, also couldn’t have been nicer. But in between, when I picked up new registration stuff, Brandon couldn’t have been more rude. Condescending, combative and just the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered anywhere for any reason. 1 star with Brandon and 5 stars for the others
