Had the car 11 days the app blocked usage. Three trips 30 miles one way. Trying to return the car. Because they don’t provide a number. was finally able to drive it for 4 days then threatened a $600 charge for them to repossess it after trying desperately to return it twice and I’ve paid $745 to drive this car for four days. Bad bad bad mistake.

Not easy to get help from because they dont have a phone number or email. Happy with everything else though.
Flex drive and Lyft are 2 separate entities even though they coexist in the driver app. No issues so far. I wouldn’t recommend renting to someone who’s never drove Lyft before. Takes a minute to realize the hours you gotta put in and know what are the best hours. With renting definitely gotta put in a minimum of 40. 50-60 is better. Treat it like your own business and it’s okay. Like everything, there’s good days and bad days but mostly good.
