I've been driving through the Lyft Program since November and I've had nothing but the most amazing experience anytime I've needed mechanical or app issues. Between Rosie and Jake, the customer service definitely deserved the 5 star rating as they expressed extreme amount of knowledge about the program as well as working with me in a positive manner. Scheduled Wednesday, picked up Friday. Paid off Sat and Sun in a day and the next week costs in 2 days. Be friendly, keep your car clean and switch out those air freshers because there's occasionally riders who have a smelly smell, but all well, just drive with windows rolled down for a minute or 2 and your good I needed vehicle assistance and got it addressed quickly but as for getting it done, took about 2 days- maybe because of the rain/dust storm.
My Experience with Flex drive Lyft I work and rented a vehicle for a year ok and with in that year two accidents have happen to me ok first accident wasn’t my fault. Waited almost a month to get back on the road. Then the second accident hit me and drove off ok. Now the insurance or claims people say it’s my fault so now idk if I could rent with flexdrive somebody please tell me what I need do.
Swear they help you but don’t. Just got my rental back from them and have been over charge even when I’m online at this point
