I had a very minor collision with one of their vehicles; I received a no fault letter from the insurance company as the other driver was found 100% responsible. Would suggest your own car. Very expensive for what you get. Car was not in good condition. Many dents, scratches and windshield not good. Has many dings.
Negative five stars tbh, they don’t offer a phone number during your trial because all their cars are complete trash. There is no option to return the car they give you unless you wanna charge your card $600 dollars to get another piece of crap. The car had a transmission that stalled immediately when you went to accelerate, they re-route your location when riders have the wrong pickup location AND they take the long wait ride cancellation fee. Rented last week. Car was towed Tues. Retrieved car Tues. Car put on block. Couldn't work off the rest of amount due. Thought I could. Couldn't today either. Was asked to return the car but now I can't reach anyone. They promised me several emails that never came. I'm taking the car back asap this now!
Rented a car to work part time, they gave me a car with a ton of stains on the seats and on the roof. Holman Fleet Services is the warranty company that pays for all of the work on these. And when they alignment was out on the vehicle and the breaks gone bad due to bad bushings they refused to cover it. Mechanics often dont want to do the work on their cars because they have to wait for payment which should be given the same day.
