The employees were respectful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Not sure why people leave bad reviews for things outside the control of this office. Everything is pretty clearly explained and at the end of the day Lyft is charging the driver, not Flexdrive. The car I got had a 1/4 tank. Is that Flexdrive’s fault? No. The previous driver returned it that way and Flexdrive isn’t going to waste money to fill the tank. SCAM!!! Do not use this company. You’ll regret it with every fiber of your being
Don't rent with Flexidrive... It is not profitable, you pay for your rental fees, and on top of that, Lyft overcharges hidden fees that result in you getting paid just 25% per ride
This place sucks you can't ever get hold of anybody.No phone number they're never in the office. Lousy service.I would give them a zero stars if I could
