A great service. Convenient early evening appointments . Real care and attention to understand my condition. Regular checks to ensure the session is going to plan with no unexpected side effects . Really good appointment reminders to ensure you have plenty of warning of an appointment . Would definitely use this clinic again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends (if i had any) and family.

Very good. They take the time to explain the treatment, so everything is clear. Am seeing definite improvement too, which is the main thing. Not been to a physio before so didn’t know what to expect but have no hesitation in recommending them.
I have had an excellent experience with the Clinic but more importantly with Mr Hummayun Zahir. He is an absolute professional in all his work. He has a way of putting his patients completely at ease and then sending them home with a really good exercise plan to further aid recovery. I have no hesitation in recommending him most highly. A consummate professional.
When I first visited flex care, I was in so much pain, I had a constant headache, pain in the head, neck, shoulder and upper arms. It was my 3rd visit today and I'm pleased to say that I'm much improved. I still have stiffness in the mornings, but after carrying out the exercises that the physio recommended the stiffness is bearable after a couple of hours, my pain medication is substantially decreased 6 tablets a day to 2 a day! I would highly recommend using this clinic for any type of muscular injury.
