I had six physiotherapy sessions with Javeria for an elbow injury that was making my job really difficult. From the very first session, she was professional, kind, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, not just what she was doing during treatment, but also what I could do at home to speed up my recovery. Her support and guidance made a huge difference, and I’m so grateful for the improvement I’ve seen.
Very impressed from the start of the process. Sent an email outlining what the problem was and received a reply within 30 minutes and a phone call. Appointment made and received confirmation and reminders. Arrived early to the appointment and was asked to come straight in and the procedure was carried out very professionally. Received a letter confirming the treatment the following day. Would highly recommend
Very professional and efficient service, the initial booking and assessment was arranged quickly. My physiotherapist was Javeria, she was lovely, very professional and provided clear instructions on my exercise plan. All in all a great experience
A great service. Convenient early evening appointments . Real care and attention to understand my condition. Regular checks to ensure the session is going to plan with no unexpected side effects . Really good appointment reminders to ensure you have plenty of warning of an appointment . Would definitely use this clinic again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends (if i had any) and family.
Very good. They take the time to explain the treatment, so everything is clear. Am seeing definite improvement too, which is the main thing. Not been to a physio before so didn’t know what to expect but have no hesitation in recommending them.
