Great experience at Flexible Assisted Stretching & Wellness.The staff is excellent! They are all extremely customer focused and skilled.. My stretch coach,Jonathan, has helped me tremendously! He is great to work with and I have seen the benefits since working with him. I definitely recommend Flexible Assisted Stretching & Wellness. Great environment with a skilled team that truly cares about their customers.
I have been going to FlexABLE Assisted stretching for the past 6 months with Josiah as my trainer. From the first 50 minutes I felt comfortable with Josiah. He made me feel at ease and explained stretching and its benefits. I recently started strength training and flexibility exercises with him, too! So far things have been outstanding I am dealing with post surgery pain from a cervical procedure, that physical therapy does not Do the job. Assisted stretching, makes all the difference in the world for me. Anyone who has been dealing with pain for a long period of time stretching by yourself can be very difficult.
