Jonathan is patient with helping me get stronger. Assisted stretching and strength training is helping me move and feel better. Highly recommend !
I’m very happy and honestly in a better frame of mind since going to Flexible in Manchester. I’m in my 60’s I was a runner for a long time. Distance races. Lots of fun miles. Then I got into a bad habit of not stretching. I got really tight. I quit running developed a limp… painful to walk and bend. Great experience at Flexible Assisted Stretching & Wellness.The staff is excellent! They are all extremely customer focused and skilled.. My stretch coach,Jonathan, has helped me tremendously! He is great to work with and I have seen the benefits since working with him. I definitely recommend Flexible Assisted Stretching & Wellness. Great environment with a skilled team that truly cares about their customers.
I have been going to FlexABLE Assisted stretching for the past 6 months with Josiah as my trainer. From the first 50 minutes I felt comfortable with Josiah. He made me feel at ease and explained stretching and its benefits. I recently started strength training and flexibility exercises with him, too!
