I had a session with Joel and I was hobbling around for days before I bit the bullet and tried it out to see if I could get some relief. The results were immediate! I woke up this morning with almost no soreness. I’m super focused on aesthetics and posture right now with my fitness journey so I’m combining once a week stretch therapy and twice a week chiropractic care (not from here, they don’t offer it).
