Very good first experience with flexable. Was able to work my rotator cuff while the wife worked out her lower back. Very professional highly recommend.

Somehow Facebook popped Flexable up while I was catching up on posts… glad it did. I never knew assisted stretching was even “a thing”. Great introductory session and no pain the next morning. Not bad for an “almost 70 year old”. It’s about 45 minutes from home, but I will be back and add personal training next.
