We’ve been to Flex Physio multiple times over the years—both with our kids and for my own broken arms/wrists—and they’ve always been excellent. Ian is fantastic: incredibly knowledgeable and really good at explaining everything clearly so you actually understand what’s going on and what needs to be done. The whole team is super friendly and consistently helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with injuries or bringing kids in. Highly recommend them.

After fracturing my 5th metacarpal and having k-wires, my hand didn't want to move. Ian was fantastic in advising what was needed and I'm now almost back to normal after several sessions. I would highly recommend.
