Ian was fantastic. So glad I came here for a second opinion. Made a splint to help me recover while still able to play my sport. Explained things clearly. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Flex Physio were excellent when dealing with my son’s fractured ulna after a mountain biking accident. Flex physio replaced an uncomfortable caste put on at A&E with a light plastic splint that was far easier to manage day to day. Ian enabled him continue to train for road riding competitions in a safe way, with a clear plan, that has kept him competitive and hopeful of achieving the same results as before the accident. Ian was very professional and personable. Despite being his last patient of the day, he did not rush through the consultation. He took time to understand the injury history, assess/ examine my wrist, and explain to me about my wrist injury in detail. He also explained the treatment approaches and the rationale/ research for the approach, which was very helpful in understanding why/ how the exercises help. He was patient in listening to my questions/ concerns and answered them comprehensively.
