Can highly recommend Rachel. I have been going to chiropractors for months and wasn't finding long term relief. After finding Rachel I've found my body responds much better and faster to remedial massage. My recovery has been really great and you get some of the best sleep ever once you've finished your session..I can't reccomend her enough and will continue to use her services.
Saw Rachel a bunch of times pre and post partum. While pregnant it was great to occasionally get a better night sleep because of seeing her - my lats and hips gave me so much grief . Postpartum it has been wonderful to have her free up my back (what a feeling!!) And also help to ease the tension that's creeped in while trying to return to intense exercise!

I've had several massages from Rachel at Flex Mobility Massage Therapy and she does an excellent job. Rachel is very thorough with enquiring about my problem and analysing everything like how I stand, to better target problem areas. She has massaged muscles I didn't even know I had in order to resolve my tight shoulders. Rachel is very thoughtful and seeks pressure feedback to make sure I'm comfortable. She is always friendly and clearly takes an interest in my well being.
