Had a physio appointment with Lisa Jenkins today and Lisa was fantastic. Lisa takes time to understand my (varying) back issues and I always leave Flex feeling so much better. I’d always recommend Flex and Lisa particularly

I highly recommend Flex Health. I was booked in with Holly five weeks ago for an ongoing calf issue. She quickly diagnosed the problem and set me up with a tailored rehabilitation programme, including a variety of exercises to complete at home. After just four weeks, I’m already feeling a significant improvement in my calf, and my confidence has returned. Holly’s professional yet friendly approach made the entire rehabilitation process as smooth and easy as possible.
