I have been extremely happy with the help and support I got from Lisa Jenkins at Flex help. I started my sessions with Lisa just before my spinal surgery where she prepared me for what's coming and advised me on how to handle the first days post surgery. I've had many regular physiotherapy sessions since then, constantly being responsibly guided by Lisa.
