I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot to Fletcher's after I noticed a significant amount of motor oil on the coil packs and spark plugs when I was changing out the plugs. As I hadn't seen anything like this in all my life as a "shade tree mechanic", I went online to YouTube and found out this is fairly common on older Honda's 3500 V6 engine and the fix is significant, i.e., labor intensive and costly. Fast and helpful oil change and other service. 5 stars.
The cash register girls on the weekend are horrible they gossip back and forth with each other while you wait for them to ring you up . Then they don’t even say thank you . My last time going there .
These days, it’s hard to find kind people especially in services industry. This morning, Fletcher took care of my almost 90 year Dad with just a phone call for help. They stayed on the phone with me and made sure my Dad was ok and took him home in this humid weather. I appreciate their unbiased service and heartwarming gesture to help a stranger.
