Won a free cryo session with a recent promotion, on booking in chose the option of the additional facial treatment so glad I did, both the cryo and the facial were 5*. The room was cozy and relaxing, Marie was so welcoming and explained everything in detail. The facial was so relaxing with gorgeous products but honestly the massage was amazing, I'm sure I dozed off. I feel so chilled now I just want to sleep 😴. See you soon!
I’ve been suffering with an L5 S1 herniated disc and cryotherapy was recommended to me. I found Marie on Google search. the treatment consisted of three sessions of about 15 minutes long and involved concentrated treatment around the area using the cryo- machine. It’s too early to say whether there has been Any difference, but I only hope that the treatment has helped speed up my recovery. I would definitely recommend.
I booked a consultation for my Plantar fasciitis, I didn't really know anything about Cryo treatment. Marie suggested 3 x Consecutive Sessions. After the 1st session, I noticed a decrease in the pain which is amazing, I've suffered for years with my feet, I'm so happy and I will definitely look into the top up treatment package, Marie is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge.

Marie is brilliant 👏 Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a very soothing Cryotherapy treatment followed by a nurturing hot stone massage. I don't often treat myself but I'm glad I did. I'm always recommending Marie to others and will continue to do so.
