Recently bought a black skirt for my mother, double checked measurements with staff before ordering online. It was a bit too big and had to return it for the next size down. Their customer service is as good as it was when going to the store in Adelaide. They paid for postage return and received the skirt within 5 days, fitted perfectly!!! My mother has always bought fletcher jones skirts, still has the ones she bought over 30 years ago, they have never worn out. Always value for money with fletcher Jones.
