I'm going to say right now that I know I had absolutely no business trying on furs in Fletcher Bensky, but it felt sooo good. They even did a small fix on my red shaved beaver coat while I waited. Can't beat that type of customer service. Plus, they have a 50% off sale going on right now.

I have bought my fur with them close to 15 years ago, I was so pleased I also bought my mother her first fur coat. they altered hers and embroidered our names in both. We have been storing and having them treated ever since. When we lived in Heber Springs they even notified us to schedule a pick up to store them in the spring. We now live in Florida and only trust our furs to them. They do too quality work and have never been anything but topnotch professional and kind.
