Very disappointing deluxe facial, the room was freezing cold & the whole service was a bit slap happy unfortunately, not the best experience, I felt like my skin was being dragged on my face & chest through lack of water 😞

I had a 90 minute massage with Kristy which set me back about $120. During the massage she would go on her phone the music would stop and it felt like she wasn’t even massaging me. I left feeling like I didn’t have a massage at all. It was a waste of $120. I don’t think I will be going back.
