I had a 90 minute massage with Kristy which set me back about $120. During the massage she would go on her phone the music would stop and it felt like she wasn’t even massaging me. I left feeling like I didn’t have a massage at all. It was a waste of $120. I don’t think I will be going back.
The massage room was unbearably cold, and unfortunately, I had to cut my massage short. Understandably, it’s winter in Tasmania, but the oil heater was simply insufficient for the space. Even the lovely therapist was rugged up in a puffer jacket, which says a lot about how cold it was. The whole building felt unpleasantly cold overall there was another lady in the waiting room sitting with a blanket over her. We went for all up 3 services within 2 weeks and were asked by fresha booking services to leave a review... I pointed out ( in a very polite manner), on how they could improve their business and performance . The reply had a nasty undertone and attitude attached, rather than acknowledgement of the issues raised. I'm a workplace assessor and business consultant for this industry for 45 years now and will never set foot into that business again.
