My mother has been a long-time resident of Fleming Point. While the facility is pleasant, rent has increased significantly as service quality has declined. Residents now receive only one bath towel per week, food quality is inconsistent, and cleaning services are unreliable. Staff turnover is also problematic. My mom stays because change is difficult for her, and I suspect the facility counts on this when raising rates.

My Mom recently moved into Holiday Fleming Point and I can't say enough about the staff and how clean and beautiful it is here. She has a cute studio apartment and the food is wonderful. I haven't seen her this happy in so long. I love that she is making friends and isn't lonely. I love that when I go there there is such a positive energy and sense of community. I look forward to hearing about how much fun she is having. So glad she is here and living her best life.

I was there maybe three weeks ago to see my Aunt and Uncle who just moved into the community. I was very pleased at my first impression. I was worried it would look like a hospital but it does really look like a cool little community. I met the chef he was pleasant as well as the Hospitality Manager I don’t remember his name but he had locs and dresses very well. All around very pleased!

My great aunt and uncle Campbell just moved in to the community and when visiting them this weekend, I had the chance to speak with Stefan. I like the community I like that they have activities for them to join if they wanted to, but mostly I like seeing that all employees are actively engaged with Great job Point!
