Heather sold me a china hutch on Facebook marketplace, but didn’t show up to our meeting to deliver it to me. She instead had some people she apparently works with load it for me, which they did badly and broke some glass shelving. She had me come to her shop to pay her, and told me she would deliver me new glass shelving, the backing to the unit, and some white paint to fix the paint.
