Top notch customer service! They were able to get us a van immediately after another company (Avis) screwed us over the day we were supposed to pick up a different van. I won’t use another company for family trips going forward. This one is wonderful.
5 stars is not enough to express how wonderful FleetPool USA was for our family. We had a wedding this last weekend and I rented a 15 passenger van to help transport family and decorations. First, James was able to accomodate us immediately. Second, the van was brand new and in perfect shape. THEN...I was stuck in Olathe traffic at 5:00 pm on the afternoon I picked it up. He waited on me!!! We could not ask for better customer service. Thank you so much!!! We will be recommending and renting from FleetPool USA again.
