I urge anyone considering a novated lease with this company to reconsider. My novated lease finished in February this year. Four months later, they are still withholding money owed to me and have failed to release ownership of the car. I am unable to sell the car privately despite paying the residual value. This is despite repeated complaints to this company formally and informally via email and phone. I have been stonewalled by this company and am now pursuing resolution through AFCA.
Dealt with Gary who was responsive and knowledgeable. Picking up the car next week and smooth process from quote to settlement
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Blatant misleading sales tactics and there is little to NO hope contacting them after you sign the lease. The worst company with the worst staff.
Avoid FleetChoice (FleetPartners) at all costs. My experience with this company has been appalling from start to finish — riddled with incompetence, negligence, and a total lack of accountability. They provided grossly inaccurate budgeting for a plug-in hybrid vehicle, refused to supply supporting documentation despite multiple requests, and failed to act when I raised serious safety concerns after three tyre blowouts.
