Very bad people no respect.for driver I come check in 20 hours early she said come back your appointment my appointment 9 am i com check in 8:40 but this people unload my 3 pm if you have delivery 6-8 hours wist your time
Extremely poor dock operation. Arrived at 10:00 AM and was told to return at 2:00 PM due to being early. After returning, I waited four additional hours at the dock, with loading finally starting at 6:00 PM. This resulted in eight hours of unnecessary delay. There was no communication, no efficiency, and no respect for appointment times or drivers’ schedules. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a shipping facility. Serious improvements are needed.
Need to teach your driver how yield signs work. Couldn't get a truck number but he picked up trailer 2415 at the Miller in Ft. Worth between 1330 and 1400 on 4/24/24 and nearly got hit.
Great company. I definitely recommend that if things don't work out where I'm at, I will go back
