no hassle on my bill I've always gotten great service from Fleetfoot but one time one delivery was 20 minutes late....bridge traffic or something. I called and commented and talked directly to the owner. He immediately apologized and cut my charges in half. I didn't even ask for that. They just stand by their word. Easy, no hassle. That's what I like.
Great Service Fleetfoot has always been there when I've needed something delivered in a hurry. Usually I send things on 2 hour service but they've always been able to help me when I needed things delivered more quickly. The messengers are always nice and friendly and the people in the office are wonderful and always willing to help. These guys do a great job and I rely on them extensively.
