The service was extremely good, the main guy I dealt with (Louie) was very helpful and genuine to deal with. All in all it was an easy process and I would recommend it to others
My husband and I had a lease through fleet care, our car was totalled in an accident, though we weren’t at fault we had to pay the end lease early despite wanting a new car and them getting the full payment of the car.I cannot overstate how unhelpful they have been throughout this incredibly long process, and can’t imagine how much harder it would have been if we had been seriously injured
FC never cease to lower my expectations of how bad customer service can be. Despite the marketing fluff prior to a novated lease, they are shockingly bad at the basics such as providing statements and invoices with itemised breakdowns of exactly what they are invoicing you for, produced on a 1990 accounting package. Heaven help you if you change employers through the term as this throws them despite giving over 8 weeks notice. From the initial idea of leasing a vehicle through setting up my account and getting my vehicle with all the accessories I wanted to my unfortunate first insurance claim every person I have delt with has been beyond measure. 5 stars do not come close to the level of personal and professional assistance everyone here brings to their role.
