Roadside assist leaves a lot to be desired. Over 2 hours waiting in the sun for a flat tyre - well within the metro area on an ordinary business day. Expect better.
Waiting for more tha 2 hours now. Called 4 times already. 1st call told me waiting time is 60-90min. 2nd call (after 60min) told me within the hour and worse case is 1hour. Called third (after another 60min) time and operator told me 10min. Called 4th time (10min after) and told me to wait another 35min. Who knows maybe after 35min they'll tell me to wait another 1hr?
From the initial idea of leasing a vehicle through setting up my account and getting my vehicle with all the accessories I wanted to my unfortunate first insurance claim every person I have delt with has been beyond measure. 5 stars do not come close to the level of personal and professional assistance everyone here brings to their role.
