This is my first lease with Fleetcare after previous leases with other companys and I can honestly say that the process was seemless. I spoke to 3 different providers but Abby from Fleetcare had the best service hands down. Everything was explained really well and transparently and made the process really easy to navigate. I highly recommend Fleetcare if you want good, friendly service.
Rude staff - they all sound miserable on the phone, not friendly at all! Maybe invest in some customer service training for frontline team members, as they sound like they all hate their jobs! Jacob in particular is very blunt and makes me reconsider even using this company anymore, do better!
My husband and I had a lease through fleet care, our car was totalled in an accident, though we weren’t at fault we had to pay the end lease early despite wanting a new car and them getting the full payment of the car.I cannot overstate how unhelpful they have been throughout this incredibly long process, and can’t imagine how much harder it would have been if we had been seriously injured
FC never cease to lower my expectations of how bad customer service can be. Despite the marketing fluff prior to a novated lease, they are shockingly bad at the basics such as providing statements and invoices with itemised breakdowns of exactly what they are invoicing you for, produced on a 1990 accounting package. Heaven help you if you change employers through the term as this throws them despite giving over 8 weeks notice.
