Why are these trucks allowed to run down the road with no mud flaps, windshields cost money, he's got a screen for the top of the truck but it's all rolled up nice and pretty. We have called the cops and made a report. Not sure if it'll do anything. I am sick of my windshield getting busted by these dump trucks rolling down the road with no mud flaps or no protections.
