In a world where "customer service" is often just mere words... Ms. Megan demonstrated true customer service by solving my problems with an attitude that made me feel like I was her only customer and that I was valued! Although I did not purchase my truck (due to the dealership that I choose) Ms. Megan refunded my money the next day when I asked her too. Yes I would recommend this company and yes I will go back once I'm ready to purchase my truck again.
The only reason I give them 2 stars is because when I first contacted them they were great they got me in contact with a truck place they got the financing set up argued for a little more money so I could buy a trailer. Now fast forward to now I cant get them to return my calls and if they do I wait months not hours for an answer I wanted to put a different engine in my truck back in April and I'm still waiting for an answer and its August. Great to start now I'm just another notch in their belt
Communication is poor. I am worried this is a scam.
They must have come from south of the border because they dont understand English. Wasted my companys time and didn't get anything done If you need a loan go to a reputable bank these folks are shady.
