I’m very new to running so I decided to stop in and get a new pair of shoes. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my newbie questions. I had the foot scan done and they explained what type of shoe they thought would be best for me. I really appreciate their patience, I had no idea what I wanted or needed in a pair of running shoes but felt confident when I left that the shoes and insoles I purchased would work well for me. The customer service could use some improvement. Everything was great when I went to the store. Then, they ordered my shoes to be shipped to my address. A week later they arrived. The wrong size shoes were ordered. So I contacted the store and was told they would order them from the company and call me when they arrived. It would be 1-2 weeks.
