Absolutely fantastic experience! Greg was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He really listened to what me and my boyfriend were looking for. We did the free foot scan which was explained to us and was super interesting to learn more about our feet. The men there are well experienced. They walked my mom and I through a full foot scan and explained it to us to help us find the best shoe. They did not try to upsell on anything they just gave suggestions and if we said no we’re okay with us not getting it.
Good store for experienced runners but beware of unnecessary upselling tactics on accessories if you are a newer runner. To be fair, the employees are all runners and knowledgeable. I liked the foot scan tool and the store has plenty of running shoe options. I have been running for 20+ years so I am pretty familiar with what I need in terms of running shoes and accessories.
