The men there are well experienced. They walked my mom and I through a full foot scan and explained it to us to help us find the best shoe. They did not try to upsell on anything they just gave suggestions and if we said no we’re okay with us not getting it.
Good store for experienced runners but beware of unnecessary upselling tactics on accessories if you are a newer runner. To be fair, the employees are all runners and knowledgeable. I liked the foot scan tool and the store has plenty of running shoe options. I have been running for 20+ years so I am pretty familiar with what I need in terms of running shoes and accessories. Great place to get running shoes or just wear around sneakers. Fit process is excellent, people working there are trained really well.
Prompt attention. Associate was very knowledgeable and shared good advise on foot care
I highly recommend Fleet Feet. The staff are all runners and are very knowledgeable about running shoes for training and racing. And, If they don't have the shoe or the size for you in the store, they will order it for you and have it shipped to your house….no charge !!
