Fleet Feet in Westfield is fantastic! I have a high arch in my foot and a podiatrist recommended Fleet Feet. A great sales guy named Dennis helped my husband and I find a great sneaker that fits perfectly, and is stylish, and also a comfortable and stylish pair of house shoes. He took his time with us. As a beginner runner I was intimidated, but Dennis was very patient and very informative. He never made me feel rushed or dumb. He made sure I loved the shoes, even going so far as to have me try different socks to get make sure I got the optimal feel. I ran in the shoes today and I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say the right shoes make a world of difference. If you’re unsure if you’re “good enough” to warrant 3D foot scanning and analysis, do yourself a favor and go

There were 3 men working when we went in the store. There were a good amount of clients as well. Dennis greeted us when we walked in and asked what I would need help with. I explained that shoe shopping had always been traumatic and I have a hard to fit foot. He asked us to sign in. We waited patiently but none of the clients were finished. Dennis from this store was so amazing. So patient, kind, and very good at his job. He went out of his way to provide phenomenal service. My mom hates going shoe shopping because of her shoe size, and Dennis personally made it his mission to ensure that this was a great experience for her. She bought 2 pairs because of all of the options he provided that actually worked for her. He was so great, I would go back to him every time!!!
