Joseph helped my daughter with her shoes and he's upbeat, knowledgeable, attentive, and service oriented. The tech to get the sizing, etc., shoe type is good as well. I'll be back for my shoes.

Want to give Joseph a big shoutout! I brought my husband in to get his feet scanned. Joseph helped scan his feet and then picked out 3 pairs for my husband to try on and asked him how each pair felt and what he liked/didn’t like about each one. He thoroughly explained the difference between the pairs and made sure that my husband was thoroughly happy with the pair he picked. He also asked if we were interested insoles and socks and added these to our purchase. We came close to closing and he didn’t make us feel rushed at all... read more
