I went here about a month ago because I really need new running shoes for the gym. I was really nervous because I don’t like malls, I have an anxiety disorder. They were so so so nice and helpful. I told them I was anxious and they were so understanding and patient with me. I wish I could remember her name but she was amazing and made the process quick and easy despite my fears. 10/10 recommending to others. P.s. Horrible experience didn’t get asked if I needed help when I walked in. Then the size I asked for he came out from the back with a size 2 & half sizes way to small from what I asked for. I felt unwanted in the store most likely due to my race. Will never return again.

This was a phenomenal experience!! Sarah was helping me with the scan and making sure I got in the perfect shoe. She’s a rockstar in her own right and I appreciated her knowledge and patience during the process. I went with the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25. You get what you pay for here as the money spent was well worth it.

Michael and his trainee was very patient, pleasant, and kind. Very knowledgeable of the products and listened to my needs and went straight to what I needed!!!
