I spent 233 dollars on these shoes 32 days ago, I have only worn them inside, not even through a parking lot and pieces of the soles began to come off. Because of the limited 30 day warranty policy I must attempt to receive help from the manufacturers, Hoka, directly. Extremely unfortunate that I could not receive any help or care and instead was off loaded to an online site and a simple "help" button. Didn't list that they would be closed early today. Traveled 20 minutes to shop here. Wasted my time.
Please give Aaron a pay raise, a bonus, a promotion, or all of the above! Aaron helped me today and he was so kind, helpful, respectful and patient. I tried on several different pairs of shoes and he did not make me feel rushed whatsoever, which I have, unfortunately had happen at other stores in the past. Thank you for making my day and the chore of finding new shoes a bit easier, Aaron!
