I walk 12k-20k steps a day 5 days a week. I went in to Fleet Feet on the UWS on 10/16/26 seeking wide shoes to eliminate pain. I was short on time so talked to staff at the register as soon as I came in. Bri jumped right in and was super attentive (completely understood what I meant by “happy colors” as my color selection), she was knowledgeable about all current and past products from different brands, efficient in how quickly she provided service, and kind enough to look up what other Fleet Feet store had the size I neede... read more
Best staff who is patient and easy going. They got most of the stuff needed in regards to running shoes, but the customer service is on point!

Went in hoping to get help with some running socks I have been doing research on. Now I understand the staff was helping other customers but one staff member made eye contact with me about 4/5 times and chose to not say anything at all to me. Not even a “I will be able to assist you after I help this customer out.” Just stared at me then proceeded to talk to the customer. Was a little disappointed with the service. I ended not making a purchase.
