Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have issues with achy feet / plantar fasciitis. They have a cool scanner that analyzes your feet and provides options. Ended up buying Brooks with their shoe inserts. They're probably the only inserts with arch support that actually fit well. Unfortunately I did end up returning them because my feet ended up feeling worse. Nothing against them I just have issues lol.
