Wally helped my wife and I. She was looking for new walking shoes. He would not look us in the eye. He kept asking questions which were short in nature. He was friendly with another customer but short with us. You only get one chance to make a first impression. You should treat all customers with respect and friendliness. First time going into fleet feet in Roanoke,VA. Worst experience every. The the person helping me was Walley. Very rude and short with me. Never will I go back or recommend anyone to go to the store in Roanoke.

My daughters purchase their cross country shoes and spikes from Fleet Feet. They have always had excellent customer service and are treated incredibly well. The staff always takes the time to treat them with respect and dignity and to ask them questions to figure out the best fit for them. Retail stores can sometimes easily overlook teenage buyers but they have not had this experience ever at Fleet Feet. Thanks for always making my girls feel comfortable and being somewhere that they are confident their needs will be met!
