This used to be my go-to running shoe store but service has really suffered over the last 5 years as staff has turned over. Based on my last few visits and some other reviews, I'm starting to think the current staff here have a disdain for middle aged men. Extremely rude and belittling worker. The Spokane location has a much kinder staff.
Steve was very helpful and took his time trying to help me chose some new running shoes. He worked with my needs and we were able to find a good alternative to what I was looking for. They are friendly in the store and I recommend them if you are wanting help finding the right pair of running shoes.
