The customer service is excellent. I was trying to purchase shoes online and couldn't get the program to accept the rewards points. I spoke with an employee and the manager. The manager kept digging until she found the problem contacting IT and Customer Service. Customer Service contacted me and gave me a code to apply for the rewards. Everyone was very courteous and professional. This is the 5th pair of shoes my family and I have purchased from Fleet Feet. Thank you.
The store was very busy when I walked in, and I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Mike greeted me quickly and let me know that someone would be with me as soon as possible. He took his time with me, asked a lot of questions and gave me several options. Great experience all the way around.
Listen, I’m no shoe guy. I wear a pair of shoes until they rip. But since I started running longer distances, I wanted to try a proper pair of running shoes. The problem was that I had absolutely 0 idea of where to start. Since proper running shoes aren’t cheap (and because I’m a textbook over-thinker) I wanted to stop somewhere to get some questions answered. Great selection, Awesome staff. Totally worth the visit
We had a great experience getting fitted for shoes here! Miguel did an amazing job helping both of us. He took the time to properly measure our feet, listened to what we needed, and helped us find the best shoes for running and walking. He also helped me choose a new style of insoles, which I really needed, and made sure everything felt comfortable and right for me. I highly recommend this store!
