I’ve had two excellent recent experiences at this Fleet Feet location. Both times, the sales associates took the time to listen to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and recommended several shoes based on my feedback. They never rushed the process and continued adjusting their recommendations until we found the perfect fit. I left both visits with shoes that my feet genuinely love, and that level of personalized service is exactly why I would recommend Fleet Feet to other runners.
Love the selection of shoes & how knowledgeable the staff is. Denise was great! She brought out several options & helped me find the perfect fit.
Foot scan combined with knowledgeable associates means you're getting what you really need, not just something pulled off the shelf. It's always one on one. Jeff was extremely helpful. The store layout and atmosphere are outstanding, open and comfortable.
Oh wow, what have I been doing to my feet all these years!? I don't run, just cross train at the gym but definitely have wide feet. I came here because a friend said they may carry wide feet brands. We'll to my surprise it's much much more. Thank you to Luis, so kind, personable and got me fitted right. Such a wonderful experience as I didnt know there was whole approach.
