Fleet Feet Birkdale was great they really make sure you get the right shoes for you, not just whatever’s on the shelf. The staff actually takes the time to listen and help, which makes the whole process way easier. I like that they do the foot scan and fitting so the shoes actually feel good and not just “okay.” Plus, they’ve got a big selection so you don’t feel stuck with one option. Honestly, it just feels like they care.
Service at Huntersville, NC store is always excellent. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
Tyler at Birkdale Fleet Feet has been working with me for over a year. Who else/what other store is going to dedicate that kind of time for a long distance old lady runner that has dreams of a BQ? Fleet feet is fabulous.
As with just about every Fleet Feet I've ever been to the staff was great. Today I just needed some currex insoles for my Hoka Gaviota 5 shoes. The staff was amazingly helpful.
