I purchased a pair of Hoka tennis shoes at Fleet Feet in Huntersville. They do a scan of your feet in order to select a shoe that meets your personal needs. I felt like Anna explained thoroughly, which shoes could serve me best. This was my best shoe experience ever!! I brought my husband in later, because I was impressed with the time they spent doing a proper fitting . I recommend Fleet Feet and all of their team!!!
The sales lady did an excellent job helping my special needs son find a pair orthopedic shoes. He told her the 3 pair that he liked along with his favorite color orange. She used the machine to get his correct measurements, grabbed the shoes and a pair of I think runners socks. Jordan tried all 3 shoes and chose Brooks Brothers in orange and a black pair of socks. Alli and And Mark were awesome!! The epitome of great customer service! From being super friendly as well as being very knowledgeable on different shoes, and the insoles it was a great experience and highly recommend!
Although I wasn't able to buy a pair of shoes right then and there because they didn't have my size in the ones that we landed on, and I also wanted to try on a pair of shoes that this location didn't actually have, I want to give a huge shout out to Isaiah for going through the fitment process and helping me have a better idea of what I'm even actually looking for. Fleet feet Birkdale has the best staff, great selection, and you can tell they care about fitting you with the right shoe or product you need. You get dedicated service, and is the only place I go now to buy my shoes
