I had a great shoe-fitting experience with Ian at Fleet Feet! I walked in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and received a thorough, personalized fitting. Ian scanned my feet to assess my shoe size, overpronation, and weight distribution, then patiently helped me try six shoe options. Great customer service and the employees there are very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna (real MVP). I was looking for a good running shoe but wasn’t sure what would be best. She not only helped me find the right shoe for me, she answered all my questions flawlessly. The pair I ended up getting was the New Balance 880. The shoes are great and surpassed my expectations. The level of service and fitting experience was exceptional. Joe was super-knowledgeable and patient to help me find the perfect running shoe. He conducted a foot scan and evaluated my walk to connect me with a new brand (to me) that is a perfect fit and super-comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!
I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon after work and was approached right away by Joe. He was friendly, professional, and soft spoken. He got to work right away asking me all the necessary questions. He explained what we will need to do to find a good fit for my feet and my activities. I came in for a fit id last week after having some foot pain to make sure I am wearing appropriate shoes based on my foot type. Alli went above and beyond to help me understand the scan and analysis for my fit id. She was very thorough with the analysis findings and patiently answered all of my questions. I told her I mostly walk and she explained the best type of shoe for me for walking vs. running which was so helpful and insightful.
