Unfriendly staff. No internet or horrible reception. We went home a day early
I stopped in to Fleet Feet about 5 years ago to pick up a pair of running shoes for a 5K that I was training for. I explained to the associate that helped me essentially what I was looking for and my price point, and after trying on 4 pairs of shoes, they recommended the Brooks Ghost 15 and customized an insole for me. I don't write reviews often but this shoe and it's insert deserve attention. literally the best shoe buying experience I have ever had. Gabe was great, listened to what I needed and got me set up with shoes that are perfect for me. prices were extremely comparable to what I found online but the customer service i received is what will guarantee i come back next time I need athletic shoes. highly recommended! I’m 40 and in all my years I’ve never had comfort fit and performance like I get with ON Cloud Surfers. Just bought my third pair. I use them for every day to light backpacking. Stacey was amazing. I highly recommend this location and Stacey.
Kari is absolutely amazing! She is informative, efficient, and focused on finding exactly what I wanted and needed with my difficult wide bunion feet! She is genuine and kind and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. I'll be back for sure!
