Great customer service and great shoes.
Great customer service 🙂. While passing through Spokane I stopped in to get scanned for ME3D insoles. They have been amazing at helping with some arch pain issues I have. I live out of state and was able to call the FF in Spokane Valley to get another pair shipped to me. The associate and manager put in the extra effort to find my scan and help me place another order. Awesome work and thanks again!
Went to get fitting & insole on new shoe. Scott did a excellent job. Scott look at my scan done in March. Evaluate the new shoe would work for me. He thought they would work with new insole. Scott cut to size put in both shoes. He had me walk in them make sure good fit. I ask about elastic shoe strings. He put pair in my other shoe bought there in March. Scott thank you for your excellent customer service & shoe knowledge. I diffently will return for shoes next time I needed them. 😁
