The older gentleman who worked Friday night on 11/14 was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He made sure my needs were being meet with being new into running. He let me work through my thoughts without pressuring me on a specific style or needing arches! He is amazing, the other staff there was also very friendly.
Excellent place for athletic and every day shoes. Knowledge staff with lots of options. Custom orthotic measuring on site with different insert options for the hard-to-fit feet. I was looking for a specific weight-lifting shoe for the gym, but I would bet most people could find what they need here. Highlight: expert and attentive staff!!!

My experience was exceptional! Kari at the valley location was so informed and knowledgeable about how the foot works. I highly recommend you go out of your way to the valley to see Kari ! Fleet Feet is the best. Kari was wonderful!
I had a back surgery in July of 2024 and I suffered some nerve damage in my left leg and have to use a walker.I went in to the Fleet Feet store in the Spokane Valley on advice from a friend and I’m glad I did.The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a gentlemen by the name of Scott and we sat down and talked about what I was looking for.We went and did the foot scans and he was very patient and kind with my disability after that we went back and sat down and he went over the results of the scans and went back and cam... read more
