Kari is absolutely amazing! She is informative, efficient, and focused on finding exactly what I wanted and needed with my difficult wide bunion feet! She is genuine and kind and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. I'll be back for sure!
Hopefully their products are good the service was terrible, everything I tried to speak the lady cut me off would not let me speak rushed me out of there, I was in dirty work clothes just getting insoles they want people in nice clothes buying their 200 dollar shoes
Great selection and the sales clerk was extremely knowledgeable. Without him I would have bought the wrong shoes. I'm always glad I went to Fleet Feet.
Thank you Scott :-) had no clue what this place was honestly. got AMAZING service and was able to test running shoes. no matter how much I wanted to, I didnt buy anything. It may be alittle pricy but when I get my money up im buying shoes here immediately. never felt that way ever running. Scott was amazing to communicate with. I have anxiety and tend to have a hard time talking, but he is expressive and fun to be around. very much enjoyed my time, thank you!
I went to this place in 2024 and had a decent experience, good enough that I was willing to come back. On Tuesday I was seen by one person who did their best to try and hear the issues I was having, and find the shoe that worked for me. I left with a pair of shoes that day.
