Good place to find appropriate insoles
I like this organization. Have had good service and good success with purchases. They've also a community heart.
We lost our house to the Old Trails fire here in Spokane. My wife wanted to go to Fleet Feet to get a reliable pair of shoes, because if she was going to buy a new pair of shoes, she wanted them to last. When we arrived, we were greeted by Chris who was just so warm and joyful. We explained why we were there and she told us they would be taking care of us and would give us a pair of shoes and Balega socks. We had an incredible experience at Fleet Feet thanks to Chris! Finding the right fit for my daughter is usually very difficult, but Chris was exceptionally knowledgeable, polite, and attentive to my daughter's feedback. She found her the perfect pair of shoes! On top of that, Chris's shift was over when we arrived, but seeing how busy the shop was, she stayed late just to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Outstanding customer service!
They used the fitting data from my first visit to narrow my search for a third pair of shoes. They inserted my footbed in each shoe as I tried them on helping me to instantly find the right shoe for me. Most importantly, they were skillful, authentic and kind.
