First off the customer service was impeccable. This was my second time going to a fleet feet store. The first being about two years ago in Puyallup, and they did not have the scan system there yet. However, an awesome employee helped me through countless shoes to find the perfect one. Which is why, when I moved I was happy to see there was one in Olympia. Chris was excellent! She did a new scan of my feet and gait, then we discussed my results. She listened to my issues and found 3 good options for me. I’m still breaking them in but first outing on my elliptical was comfortable and felt secure in the shoes.

I have adopted Fleet Feet Spokane Valley as my go to store for my running and walking needs. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming and have a thorough understanding of the needs of the customers they serve. Yesterday was my most recent experience and it was the same story. Friendly knowledgeable staff, ample product/inventory and simply a great experience!
