Friendly place, great help finding me just the shoe I need. They were very patient with an old lady. They even had Indaba coffee inside their store to enjoy.
My go to place for shoe shopping. They have a gait analysis sensor to make sure you buy the correct kind of shoe for your personal needs. Staff is knowledgeable and stock on hand is plentiful. If you find a color that they don't happen to have, online ordering is a breeze. They have a reward program that helps defer the cost of shoes/products. Idk what her name was I think it was Hailey or something with dark long hair but she was not helpful at all. It seemed she just wanted me to buy something. I was asking simple questions about my back and what type of inserts would help me best. She was very rude with me when I told her the inserts she showed me were not the right pressure points I needed. I will not be shopping at any of these locations
I recently went into Fleet Foot in Kendal Yards with my grandson to have them tell us about their foot id that tells what can help with feet problems . My grandson runs cross country and was having pain in the bottoms of his feet, his Physical Therapist had actually recommended them to us.
