Audrey was amazing. She helped two customers at a time and we both received great customer service. Her knowledge of the shoes and how to optimize wearing them helped me. She taught me Runner's Loop Lacing as an answer to issues I have been having with all shoes for years!
The staff behavior and the support they gave to find the best fit option was great!!
Great service, very prompt and friendly, never had a bad experience, staff very helpful.
Took my boyfriend here to force him into new shoes that would help with his plantar fasciitis. Staff were quick, friendly and super patient with him while he tried on several shoes and made up his mind. I really appreciated the one on one help, no one tried to juggle multiple people at once, even when it got busy. We’ll be back for me soon!
