I went to Fleet Feet specifically to buy the On Cloudmonster 3s ($190) in-store because I wanted to support them and also pick up Superfeet insoles and compression socks at the same time. I was ready to spend well over $300 there. When I asked about their 10% military discount, they told me they could only apply it if the shoes were already in stock which they weren’t. I had an appointment at Fleet Feet and honestly, the experience was really underwhelming. The person who helped us didn’t seem interested in being there or in helping at all. There was little to no feedback, no real guidance, and no suggestions based on our needs. I was expecting a more personalized experience, especially given Fleet Feet’s reputation for fitting and expertise, but it felt no different than going into a regular shoe store and trying on shoes on my own. 10/10 experience. Tristan was super helpful and professional with the feet scan and helping pick out shoes. He explained everything very clearly and was able to effectively help myself and other customers simultaneously. The customer service was great and I’m excited to come back back again.

We made it there right as it open. They were quick and efficient. Got my son foot measurements via what looked like VR. Recommended the insoles and we were out. About 15 minutes and they have a military discount.
