Bad customer service. I went in to get a pair of running shoes. No one greeted me so I just grabbed the shoes I was interested in and tried them on myself. Finally caught a worker to see if they had a different color and all the response I got was “not sure”. Then after staring at me for a moment she probably realized it was not helpful and added “ugh…it depends on what size you wear”. “Not sure” lol imagine going into a store and those are the first words you get from a worker.
Easy to work with, great place to get athletic shoes, and for those of us that need larger sizes, regularly carry size 15 men's shoes.
Great store. Whether you are running or walking,. experienced or new to the sports, Fleet Feet has great options for your Feet.
My foot Dr. suggested I go here to get more supportive athletic shoes. Amy was very helpful and brought out several brands for me to try on. They also include a free scan of your feet for sizing, arch etc I ended up buying a pair of Brooks. That style was being phased out and on sale. The next day they emailed me a $15 coupon and I went back and bought a 2nd pair. I also bought a pair of inserts and the best no show socks I've ever had.
