I originally had gone to FF years ago to get fitted for my first Glycerin shoes after a foot injury. I think this was one in Indiana and was impressed with the time and analysis that went into checking out my feet. When it was time for new shoes, past time, I went to Ypsi Running Co and had a pair of Hoka just handed to me- no actual conversation or touching my foot. I hated that year of Hoka!!!
