i loved it here! it was my first time getting fitted for my SUPER flat feet, and it was so easy to get fitted and find the perfect pair! claire (i think her name was) was the absolute sweetest and so helpful and knowledgeable, i have her to thank for my wonderful experience. it made me excited to run and train again! :)

This was just a top-notch experience from beginning to end. The technology was fascinating and helpful. My sales person was attentive and kind, and very knowledgeable. I ended up with the most comfortable shoes and inserts I’ve ever worn, and it turns out I’ve been wearing the wrong size shoe all along. And, as if there needed to be anything else, I felt like the prices were very much in line with going to a place like Dick’s Sporting Goods (if not cheaper) where you get no service.

Jacob at the Short Pump location was an excellent sales representative. He took me through the measuring process , explained the results, listened carefully to fitting issues and preferences and made knowledgeable recommendations. I chose two pairs of well fitted shoes. I will certainly return for all my walking/running shoes. I highly recommend Jacob.
