I've never had a bad experience at this store. This visit I needed new insoles or inserts for my running shoes. Connor did a great job with the foot scan and recommendation. I love the new inserts!
Staff is awesome with a tremendous knowledge of seemingly every sneaker ever made.
I had goodexperience in the past however thisreview is based on my racist experience on April 5, 2025. I was in line and someone decided to cut the line by completelyignoring the line. Associate startedassistingthe person, I called it out and the response I receivedfrom staff literally baffledme. It was not only a demonstration of ignorance but full of racism especially from the associate name "Connor".
