Very friendly and professional staff that know their business and customers. Attentive and personal, they show you multiple options and take their time with each person. This is a prime example of you pay for what you get and it's worth it.
Went during their normal business hours and they were closed. I had called prior just to make sure they do fittings, but they make it clear via the many automated menu options that it’s unlikely that anyone will answer the phone and your best bet is to just visit the store. When I got there and they were closed, despite it being regular operating hours, there was no sign on the door, nothing. I left with a great pair of Hokas today! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Adam helped me, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the best options for me specifically.
