Stopped by to get the family feet fitted…..say that fast three times lol. Excellent customer service, everyone was friendly and prices are comparable to online retailers. Ask for Caleb - he knew what he was talking about….explained everything and gave recommendations even though 4 of us were measured and we only bought 1 pair of shoes.
I wanted to thank Spencer for his exceptional service and patience. I struggle in certain social situations - pair that with a fairly new interest in and low familiarity with running, and I’m sure it can be pretty difficult for someone to navigate. First time shopping for running shoes in a while, but the technology they’ve got these days makes it much easier to find the right shoe. Boone helped us and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable!
I had a wonderful experience here at the a Plano location and will forever drive further to go there. They were attentive and kind. They listened and didnt tell me I was wrong and act rude. I was able to exchange shoes for a larger size and was in and out within 10min.
