This was my first visit to fleet feet. And I have to say I was very impressed. They took the time to explain how shoe fitting worked and make sure that I was extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy more from them.
What a relief, not just for my feet! Zoe helped me, and I walked in clueless. I just knew I wanted my plantar fasciitis relieved! Zoe scanned my feet, asked me about my lifestyle (hairdresser & tennis player) and what I’m trying to get out of my new shoes. The service for shoes was an experience I never had before and grateful I found it! I left with a pair of Karhu and some inserts. I walked in limping and walked out with 30% pain relief. Definitely will be back for another pair!

The staff at the Pensacola FL store are wonderful! They actually show genuine interest in helping you and meeting your needs! Jaylen and Eva (Ava?) made my experience very pleasant!
Love shopping at fleet feet ! Staff very helpful and aim too please plus love the return policy on shoes! You really don’t know how shoes will work out without at least one run !
