Stopped in for new shoes and worked with Victor. He was super helpful. I wasn’t rushed and he explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy. Sales process was smooth and fast. Highly recommend this location and ask for Victor! (He deserves a raise!)

Went 3 separate times and every time was difficult. Staff are incredibly rude and basically do not want to help you unless you are white and/or look like a runner. I basically had to interrupt whatever they're doing, most of which was either bragging about how they know so much about shoes to some someone who's just in the store, or throwing in buzzwords to try and make the seemingly uneducated shopper more likely to want to buy the shoe. None of these times did they actually help me in finding a shoe that would help my feet... read more

Couple of things that will keep me from ever coming back to this store again: 1) This sign. I understand it's meant to be funny... it's not. I have so many things to say in the realm of ableism.. The fact that "slow" runners are capable of incredible achievements like ultramarathons, etc. There is nothing funny about a statement that discourages people from trying to do any sort of running/walking/getting outside to live a healthier life. My Salesman was named Que He was very knowledgeable about the 3D feet scan analysis. He provided several options for what type of sneakers for my small feet. He listens to my concerns and provided insights while I walked around the store. I was very pleased with my purchase and felt like my walking experience was going to be better. Thanks Que for helping me with my purchase on Tuesday.

Great customer service once I walked into the store, great interaction with the staff who were knowledgeable and ready to help, 3D scan tool was very helpful, and then no pressure to purchase. I walked away with two pairs of shoes from my visit and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
