Just stopped by for my first every running shoe, and received some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen from Taylor and Scott!
I walked in and was greeted right away. The woman that helped me was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She asked what I was looking for and got me set up with the free foot scan. She went over all results with me and asked me questions to best determine which shoe would be the best fit. I specifically mentioned that I needed budget friendly shoes and she brought out three pairs from the sale rack. She helped me put them on and evaluated them for a good fit. I purchased a pair of Brooks, after being in New Balance for years, and got the size I have always worn. Did a quick size and feel test and headed out. Well, needless to say I should have gotten a half size larger. I live 5.5 hrs from the store and the shoes had been purchased close to 60 days ago.
