Wow, again another terrible customer service experience. I was the only customer in the store with my husband and daughter and there were a handful of employees and it still took a few months to to be welcomed. And did not have the shoes advertise on their website in stock at any location except for Lincoln in one size.

The people here were super kind and helped me to carefully pick a pair of shoes for what I needed. The foot scan technology was super cool too!
